Sub-processors
Cairo uses the following sub-processors to provide our service. All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements that ensure your data is protected.
Stay Informed
We notify customers at least 14 days before engaging new sub-processors. To receive notifications, ensure your account email is up to date. You may object to new sub-processors as described in our Data Processing Agreement.

International Data Transfers
For sub-processors located outside the European Economic Area, we implement appropriate safeguards to protect your data:
- Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission for all third-country transfers
- Data Processing Agreements with each sub-processor ensuring equivalent protection
- Transfer Impact Assessments evaluating the data protection laws of destination countries
- Technical measures including encryption in transit and at rest
Note on AI Processing
Email content is processed by Anthropic to generate AI responses. Anthropic is contractually prohibited from using your data to train their general models. Your data is processed solely to provide the Cairo AI service and is not retained by Anthropic beyond what is necessary for service delivery.
